7 Gypsies

I love the new products from 7 gypsies. they came out with larger carousels for 4x6 photos and for acrylic stamps! Blue was really big this year in papers! Guess I'll finally be scrapbooking with blue!

I'd show you the next

I'd show you 7gypsies, but blogger is having issues so I'll save it for tomorrow.
Goodnight!

More Prima!

More Prima! Loving it.

Prima

Prima rocks!

Melissa Frances

Melissa Frances did a great job on all the new lines. I think there are 3 or 4 new lines. Love them.

K&Co

K&Co, beautiful as usual. I really love the chipboard.

Sorry about the crooked pic! This is a new stamp company from Spicer Minnesota. Love the concept. I think I'm going to order some of them. They are unlike anything I have seen before, and you know how I like the unusual!

More Jenni

Here are more Jenni pics!

I love the new Jenni Bowlin! I just thought her booth was so awesome. She has the best displays next to 7 Gypsies. I am falling asleep uploading these photos, the rest might have to wait until the a.m.!

Acrylic Gotta Love It!

Okay guys, we've really got to start working with the acrylics because I love the mini albums and shapes soooo much. Just look how fun they are!

New Stuff!

Okay so I thought I was tired yesterday...I'm worse tonight! I have to admit about 3:00 today I had to step away from the booths and take a breath. You get product overload and you just can't think! I hate to say it, but I really haven't had my big WOW yet. I'm a little afraid, the new section was very small. That is usually the area I focus in. But believe me I have found some other great products that you will love.
Not to make you jealous, but here are some of the views around the convention center and our hotel.

I Had A Celebrity Encounter!

All that worrying for nothing! My children were perfect going through security, and even while we waited an hour to de-ice! It was so funny, after we were de-iced and started towards the runway Ella announced: "I gotta pee!!!". She could have announced that an hour ago, but no she had to wait until it was too late! I got her mind off of it with cookies. Ella is an easy bribe! A guy came walking down the isle during the flight and told Ron that he had been on many flights and couldn't believe how well behaved our children were! He handed them each $5.00 and told them to buy something fun with it! We had the best people on the flight with us!

Who do you think we rode on the airplane with? Marjorie Johnson! You know, the cute tiny old lady that is always on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. She used to be on with Rosie O'Donnel all the time too. I had to admit I was star struck and too shy to paparazzi! But on our way to baggage claim she was in the elevator with us! I couldn't resist! I said: "Marjorie, I had your chocolate chip cookies the other day." She said: "You did?" With that adorable voice. I said: "I did, my friend made your recipie and they were the best I've ever had!" She said: "Oh I am so glad you liked it. I never know if people will like my recipies!" Yikes, even Marjorie Johnson doubts herself? Boy, I don't feel so alone. She gave me just the boost I needed to go to this convention to bring you guys back the best of the best! So that was me, star struck!

I have walked about 10 miles today! Everything is within walking distance, kinda! Let me tell you their maps are NOT to scale!

I just got back from the Creative Imaginations party. Of course they did a great job on the new releases. I'm ordering baby, birthday, new foils, some of the new be line, FFA. I took a picture of my favorite thing there. It is called the Timothy Wall Scrapbook. I also loved the chipboard crowns, great for a birthday party, oh yes and the Creative Lifestyle. It has headbands, bracelets, epoxy stickers, felt pockets (I'm seeing mini books with these), felt buckets. Yeah, I liked this better than the Creative Cafe. But I loved the new tickets with the creative cafe. If I can just order those I'll do it because I think they are so cool.

Okay, now I'm rambling. I need sleep. Tomorrow at 9:00 it's off to the races to check it all out! Wish me luck!

I'm already homesick!

P.S. For some reason my spell check is not working, so forgive me!

The Only Way To Get To My Website

I guess the only way to my website is through my blog right now. Pat's Buddy Troy is working on my website so use the link from my blog to get there for now. He was at the store yesterday and took a ton of pictures to put on the website. Get this, he left me some sort of to do list on my computer. So he really thinks I'm going to find that by myself? How computer savy does he think I am. Guess I've got him fooled!! So I'll be communicating through the blog. I like that better anyway. I think websites are so stuffy, the blog is more me!

Glimmer Mist

If you haven't seen Glimmer Mist by Tattered Angels stop in and check them out. I have Linda working on cards using it right now. She'll show you a sample. Be careful, it is super addicting! On the back of each bottle there is a sticker with the color name and a sample of what it looks like. Make sure you use it over a craft mat because it is messy. The craft mat by Ranger works excellent, you don't have to waste a drop. If you get it on the mat just smear your paper through it and soak it up and you have another work of art! We also got the fibers that match the glimmer mist as well, they are just beautiful!

I'm Leaving On A Jet Plane...

You know, I don't really like to fly. And I even like it less when I have to take my kids! But I'll do anything to touch and feel all the cool new products!
My children have just found out we are going to Disney, and they can hardly stand it. I just keep thinking how am I going to keep them still and quiet during the flight.
I always get wierd when I go to CHA. It's hard to explain. I always can't wait to go, and at the last minute I chicken out. I seriously want to just stay home! I won't, but I want to. I do this same thing when I go to Chicago too. I put so much pressure on myself to get the right mix, and the competition is crazy! I'm really not competitive so it's a bit scary amongst all the other buyers that are. I'll do fine, and I'm sure I'll have fun. I'm going to do my usual and fly under the radar. Touch and feel all the new stuff grab my catalog and move on.
So wish me luck and stay posted for sneak peeks!
I'll see you soon,
Marni
